Return Policy

Our philosophy is simply that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We have built our business on this concept and you can feel confident we will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

If you have any problems with merchandise purchased from us, please feel free to contact us and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in “like-new” condition for an exchange or refund (less shipping charges if applicable). All items should be returned, postage paid, in “like-new” condition and with all the original packaging. Please ship returns to:

Upon receipt, refund will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the full processing of your return. Returns with a gift certificate receipt will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit for the value indicated on the gift receipt.

Return Procedure

If you wish to return your purchase, we will be happy to accept your return within the first 30 days of delivery.

  1. Use the Contact Us page to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). 
  2. Send the item back to us in “like-new” condition, wrapped securely in the original packaging. (Products returned that are not in “like-new” condition may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or simply not accepted for a refund.
  3. Once we have received and inspected the return product, we will provide a full refund (less any shipping charges paid by the Buyer).

Non-Returnable Items

Unless deemed as having a manufacturer's defect, unfortunately we cannot accept returns of certain products, including:

  • Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Clearance sale items marked down 25% or more or any Final-Sale listed items.
  • Any product that has been worn or altered.
  • Any product that has been engraved or special ordered from the manufacturer.

Any grooming products (such as hair brushes and men's shaving brushes and razors) except when due to defect. We have no way of determining whether a grooming product has been used and are confident that it is more important for you to know you are receiving a never-been-used grooming product than to be able to return one.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, is missing parts or the manufacturer’s original packaging.
